Today’s artists have more control over their future than any point in the past.
The technology shift has put more power into the hands of artists and musicians. We help navigate the technology field and choose the right tools for the artist. Our experience ranges from blogs, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and social networking. All of this is backed by a solid foundation of business expertise and experience.
If you’d be interested in working together, then please contact me. Because of time constraints, I’m looking for bands, artists, and labels who have a budget of at least $750 a month to spend.
A customized program is created for each artist, but here are a few broad topics we look at:
Marketing Plan – This is a starting point for the discussion of defning your image, determining your fan base, and creating a success plan that will guide you in your future activties.
Writing and Promotion - These activities include wrting press releases, updating the web content, and writing media kits. If you do any email marketing, we’ll can write several of them or write a template for you to use. The key here is that the writing needs to be persuasive and engaging. I’ve spent quite a long time studying persuasion. I even blog about it at dissectinginfluence.com
Digital Fan Expansion - Using the web to spread the word about your band. We discover the areas on the web that your fans are visiting and use new ways to contact them.
Increasing Engagement - Turn your existing fans into rapid ones who want to consume your music.
Touring Promotion - Increase your reach, audience, and fan base while you are on tour. This is usually done in two parts. A pre-tour blast and then a on-tour blast. It helps alert the local scene that you are coming and then reminds them to come out and attend your show.
Consulting and Advice – Occasionally, I’ll do single sessions to help you give you my advice and then go from there. This is usually for musicians who have more time than money. I’ll provide on-going assistance and direction, and then let you run with it from there.
